I have decided that I love having a quiet Christmas at home. We had a great day that began with opening presents.
Garrett got a Kindle, a stuffed animal dragon, and this orange blanket that quickly became a favorite.
All Parker wanted was a phone (no way!) or a kayak. So he got the kayak. He will have to wait a few months before he can use it.
But for now it makes a cool seat in the family room.
And Brooke got a nice camera. She wants to learn some photography skills, so now she is equipped.
We then spent some time making a Lego Christmas parade, inspired by a Lego display we saw in Missouri.
We even had Santa bringing up the rear.
And we headed out into beautiful Colorado to get some exercise and to let Brooke try out the new camera. These are pictures from my phone - the ones she took were much better.
We saw a TON of big horn sheep, which made for some great photographs.
It was pretty perfect as far as holidays go. Merry Christmas to all!
